From Chasing Dreams to Building a Legacy Southern Ms. began as a whisper of a dream while I was a single mother raising two active young boys. After years of working full-time and balancing the beautiful chaos of motherhood, I found a partner who supported my vision, allowing me to stay home and turn my passion for creating custom digital designs and bringing them to life through handcrafted creations into a reality. Today, those boys are 22 and 19, and Southern Ms. Crafty Creations is celebrating five years of bringing custom joy to your homes.
A Journey of Growth and Purpose My life is a testament to the fact that it is never too late to start a new chapter. While building this business and expanding to my own website and to selling on Amazon, I also returned to school a year and a half ago to study Criminal Justice. My goal is to eventually serve as an Investigative Genetic Genealogist, combining my love for forensics, investigative science and justice to help families find the answers they deserve.
Celebrating Love and Honoring Family This summer, after thirteen and a half years together and three years engaged, I will finally be saying "I do" to the love of my life. We chose our wedding date with a special purpose: it would have been my baby sisterβs 42nd birthday. She was taken from us 27 years ago and remains forever 15 in our hearts. This business, like our wedding, is built on the foundation of family, resilience, and honoring the ones we love.
