Due to the handmade, made to order, custom, and personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that were correctly fulfilled.

• All sales are considered a final.
• We encourage you to double-check all specifications (e.g., sizing, spelling, colors, and design details) before confirming your order, as production begins shortly after.

Exchanges and Refunds for Fulfillment Errors

We are committed to quality and accuracy. If you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, wrong size than ordered, or significant defect):

1. Contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the incorrect item or error.

Upon verification of a fulfillment error, we will gladly offer you the choice of:

• An immediate exchange for the correct item.
• A full refund for the purchase price of the affected item.
